It is my understanding that it is legal to k**l an infant during first day or two after birth, at least in states like Virginia and New York. Why not extend that time period to, say 10 years. Then if you want to k**l your kid, it is just late term a******n.

It's my understanding that such an action is only legal when the child had survived an a******n...
It would not be legal to k**l an infant that had been born naturally...

Yes Canuckus, a******n is very d********g, it is definitely murder, no ifs ands or buts. So, it is legal to k**l an child that survived an a******n, how many hours does it have to live to be murder? Down the road two hours could be extended to 2 days or more.
