Might be true, but it is not, they were evacuated and treated for the injuries before his statement and he continues to downplay the extent of their injuries. Trump lies when the t***h would do, he is simply a compulsive liar.

They had already been t***sferred to Germany when trump said that they just had some mild headaches. You don't t***sfer troops for headaches.
If the first statement was in error, why not just say that, then say the troops were being given the best possible medical care? Oh, I forgot, trump is incapable of admitting to a mistake, so must lie repeatedly to try and cover it up - and he has plenty of people who are willing to help him do that.
