I'm Okay With The GOP Dismissing The Impeachment Without A Real Trial...

It will cause a continuing loss of public opinion going into the e******n, as we see weekly new evidence that should have been released b to congress by the white house and DOJ...

Not to mention congress has a lot ahead, Barr will be on the chopping block for being used as a tool in protecting trump and minions rather than doing what the DOJ is supposed to be doing, which is investigating and prosecuting.

Prosecution presents its case, defense shows why prosecution has not presented enough evidence for a guilty plea so there is a v**e of not guilty. That is a real trial. A fishing expedition is not part of a real trial.

You really need to work on expanding your information sources...have you heard of Parnas? I know you believe he is a liar, but then so is everyone involved with trump including his attorneys. Sekulow knew things that were going on that he did not agree with, meaning he should have dug in and said no way Jose...of course trump would fire him.

The biggest single factor in taking down crime organizations has been insiders who know first hand the most damaging things. These insiders are liars and crooks or they wouldn't be an insider. Do you think prosecutors rely simply on their word when they are liars? Of course they don't, one single allegation that could not be proved or even is wrong would gut the prosecution, any single thing. Prosecutors take someone like Parnas as far as they can show documents and other corroborating facts. The idea that "Parnas is a liar so we can't believe anything he says" is pure moronic hogwash.

Parnas was completely in the loop, and talked to Giuliani on a daily basis, his cell phones have included a dozen people directly in a loop of back channel agenda that had nothing to do with our country's interests.

Well, if you paid attention to various news sources you would know that there are other ongoing investigations, these were not stopped because there were two articles of impeachment, these are not going away, they were not included in the first impeachment so as to have backup violations of the constitution.

One impeachment down, the next will be for more easily defined violations, and the proof will be there. Court challenges to withholding documents and testimonies will be hitting the courts soon, and even more after the e******n. It makes no difference if he is elected or not, these cases will be used either as evidence for impeachment or prosecution.

My premise for this post is that evidence is going to come out on a weekly basis that supports as well as uncovers new and worse aspects of what the impeachment was about. This is going to make senators who participated in this coverup look worse and worse.
