They did NOT finish their job in the house.. They didn't want to go to court to LEGALLY Subpoena those they wanted to see.. Because they had a "date certain" to push this through AND they wanted to get r done during an e******n year.. in court.. firstly.. Trump will win and they could be stuck in court for YEARS!! Waiting on the court to decide, in the mean time Trump is still president and he is still doing the work that Most of us with a Brain hired him to do.. he's a fighter.. he's an adrenaline junkie.. he Thrives on this s**t.. He Loves a challenge, so he's still doin the PEOPLE'S Business..meanwhile whiners are still whinin!!

Instead.. they read ad nausea the same s**t they read in the house to the senate expecting the senate to do their work for them.. this is NOT how it works... How it works.. the Impeachment (indictment) is brought before the senate.. the senate assumes the house has made it's case, has all the evidence it needs to Prove it's case and are ready, and sworn in.. as was with the "house managers" (Oh by the way.. Adam Schiff couldn't tell the t***h if his life depended on it.. lyin sack of s**t is perjuring himself.. NUFF said!!) The White House defense team.. The Senate Now judges the case, if it's warranted, The Senate, will Look at the time set forth in the senate resolution to hear witnesses if Merited... All we are getting is more of the same bulls**t, and all it says to me, is the House wants to rule the executive branch period.. be it this or war time s**t... There is a reason for separation of powers and the House does NOT rule the Freakin Executive Branch.. the House can call Executive privilege at ANY time it deems necessary and contrary to popular Libtard belief can't do s**t about it... THIS is a Heinous Waste of our TAX DOLLARS and Wastes Valuable TIME.. fortunately for the American People.. Trump isn't lettin this s**t slow him down.. even under siege, this president is workin for US!!

P.S. I would worry if I were the Dem Candidates having to sit through this bulls**t.. I have to wonder also at Nancy Pelosi's time table KNOWING that THE IOWA Caucasus's are happening now and the only ones not having to sit through all this bulls**t are Biden.. etc.. Berney will be out.. Klobacer will be out.. a couple others.. which leaves sleepy senile "uncle Joe" on the trail.. too bad.. so sad.. NOT... LMAO!!! During an impeachment the House acts as a grand jury and if they find evidence of wrongdoing they issue an indictment. That's what an impeachment is, an indictment of wrongdoing. A Grand Jury's job isn't to prove guilt only show evidence of wrongdoing, else we would never have a need for a trial.

It's the trial process where an individual is proven innocent or guilty which is why witnesses and documents are necessary in this case...else we can't call this a trial. As for the house subpoenaing more witnesses, didn't Fox explain to you that Trump would only use the legal process to delay testimony for months, if not years?

Bolton, however, said he would appear before the Senate if they would subpoena him. He's no longer employed by the WH so the president can't block him from testifying. So it's up to the Senate to subpoena more witnesses, at least one, not the House.

You don't seem to understand. 1) Trump has been impeached so the decision on whether it is warranted by the senate to judge the case has already been made. 2) If the House has proven its case why would we need a trial before the Senate?

Separation of powers doesn't mean one branch doesn't have more power than the others. The legislative branch has always been the more powerful of the three. Only the legislative can remove a president or a judge, not the other way around. And both Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon continued to perform their duties even though they were (under siege). There is nothing new about a president performing his duties while he was being investigated.
