The rural counties will club together into rearranged states - like most of Virginia will join with West Virginia. In 2021, most counties in California will leave California to form New California. 4 or 5 other. States will follow suit in 2022.

Yes, the US will Balkanise - if it’s own accord. Elected Sheriffs in Rural counties will hand out deputy badges and swear in the most trustworthy of the local m*****a.

Dems/hard left counties/states will be left with little revenue and increasing debts as citizens concentrate their tax payments to local government under the control of the people and boycott tax payments to the Fed.
