More against "do gooders"

Let's look at prisons. People get sentenced to prison for punishment not personal comfort. They broke laws we have made so we can live together. I don't think it is necessary we air condition prison. Don't like the heat don't break the law and go to prison. No color tv, tough think about what got you here. Can't v**e part of being a felon giving up citizens rights. Muslims filing suite over food and lack of prayer space. If their requirements are that important to them don't break our laws. I think we should make prisons self sufficient. The bible says "if a man doesn't work, he doesn't eat".
We are too lax on punishment. In China minor crimes are punished with came strokes that bring blood. 1 stroke first offense, 2 strokes 2nd offense, 4 strokes 3red offense. Most do not reach 3rd offense. On drugs they had a real problem with opium. If caught as user, seller, or t***sporter or have in possession of the sentence e is immediate death. They do not have a drug problem.

I agree with you. I wouldn't go as far as China they are barbarians. WE should do some things like special menus out of here they broke the law. Heat okay. AC up to the state. V****g, no. Bring back the chair, that was a frikkin deterrent and only one plea. After a year bzzzzzzzzz.

Kevyn, I do like the historical employment of eunuchs in Chinese Imperial Court: the survivors of the surgery were appointed to the Court position which entitled them to play intrigues in favour of the Emperor. The eunuchs were feared but also admired by the rest of the court inhabitants, precisely because of their protected status and subsequent lack of ethics.
Does it resemble an equivalent in the U.S.A. "democratic" institutions minus a needles expense of a surgery?
