Bullies often find a sucker to dominate and humiliate others. They usually are insecure themselves or are unconsciously jealous of the ones whom they bully.
The same is true about some politicians who use their power to intimidate people. In their minds they often think the other people are suckers.
Actually the people they abuse are the "suckees" and the ones abusing are the "Suckers." I call them that because the "or" acts and the "ee" receives the action.
There is a saying "When you point your finger at someone you are pointing one at God and three back at yourself."
I pray for both the "er" and the "ee." They both need help.
