Kevyn, it was up to those DUMB-ASSES on the house committees to call witnesses. It was their obligation to go to COURT and get subpoenas to over ride refusals of witnesses to answer to Congressional subpoena which have NO STANDING. The house DID NOT do their job and now want to play dirty again and try to make the Senate do their job for them.
I for one hope the Senate allows witnesses though it could fundamentally change impeachment and not for the good. BUT, the only way the demoncrats can call witnesses is if the defense can call who ever they want and again it may take getting a court order for the witness to appear. If this does happen and I hope it does because so many on your side and some on my side are going to be exposed for what they've done and will be going to jail. Mike

Adam Schiff has not released all of the depositions he took in the bunker he used to start this, why not? Devine Nunes said they have exculpatory evidence. Nunes has a lot more credibility than Schiff.
