Pelosi playing games with the Impeachment hurts those in the Senate who will have to sit through the Senate Trial. If she had sent the articles over right away, it might be over now. This only helps Biden.

Does Pelosi want to screw over the Senators ?

"Does Pelosi want to screw over the Senators?"

Yup. But I think there is a good chance it helps mayor pete. If this goes into a full blown trial in the Senate, quid pro joe and his son h****r will most likely get d**gged into it, which won't be good for joe. Even if it just goes to an acquittal, joe's name will definitely get smeared by every republican who gets in front of camera during the proceedings. If joe goes down because these proceedings are d**gged out, then mayor pete is the last man standing.

Any chance that hillary will be a 'walk on' candidate?

Yes, after a brokered demorat convention, hitlery will then be called upon to break the stalemate. She will be the demorat p**********l nominee claiming that she has been exonerated of all her criminality by Huber and that Trump has been impeached so therefore she should be the president since she was c***ted out of it in 2016 and is totally innocent of all really true criminal activity that she truly committed. Hitlery will be beaten back again and will be a 3x loser and the demonrat party will again obstruct Trump and the American people's wishes. God himself may have to perform justice and take the witch down.

I think that her sense of entitlement consumes her ... that she feels she is somehow owed the Presidency .... and at the same time that she should not have to go back on the campaign trail and work for it but should instead be invited in. And a brokered convention where that scenario might take place is her greatest hope right now. There would be wild times in the DNC if that happened, because the candidates who have put in the work on the campaign trail would most likely raise holy hell over it ... as would their aides and, more importantly, their supporters. We might even see r**ts at the DNC convention ... with not a red-hatted Trump supporter in sight for the media to blame for it.

Given the choices the dems have right now, I would not rule it out completely, but I would say chances are very slim that would happen .... but, on the slim chance that it does, I don't think it would end well for her for a number of reasons.

What say you?

Good points.

I think the wild card is obama - I think whoever he supports will carry the day.

I am really surprised that the Black guy from New England didn't stay in. I can't recall his name but he was a confidant of obamas. Was he a Mayor or a Congress critter?

Maybe you are referring to Duval Patrick? I think he is/was a Gov.? but am not sure. He has turned out to be a bust so far. The last list I saw showed him down at the bottom of the heap with Gabbard. That surprised me, too. OTOH, the ones who are getting the most press are the far lefties with a socialist agenda which is only going to work for them in the primary.

And obama will definitely be a difference maker. Not sure he will come out and endorse anyone in a very public way until the candidate is chosen, though. So far, most of his support for any specific candidate has been under the radar, and I have read that at least a few of the candidates made a visit to his office for advice and some have received more assistance than others from him and/or his staff.

We shall see.

Of course, but I think McConnell will say game over the first day. It's their game now.

Nevermore.

Won't work, the Constitution says if a president is impeached by the house but not the Senate, he gets 2 more terms or another term. In this case it would be 2. Hillary hasn't been exonerated, Huber just showed his real colors. She won't have a chance, especially with Bill against her.

Why won't it work for her? Her failing health. Everyone in the dems is a backstabber. The American people don't trust her. We don't like her. To be blunt, we h**e her authoritarian voice. She may fool the dems, but that's all.

Then it will be Warren, she'll never win.
