A good start might be JLO offering her $$$billions to fix the place up and show how her l*****t political views can actually be put to a very worthy cause. Taking a vow of austerity from all l*****ts so that they could actually help others would make them all more credible. A-Rod could give up his billions too since he is of Puerto Rican descent.

JLo okay the others I really can't see doing anything. My friend Corporal JJ has family there so he'll help, he's a prepper. Puerto Rico would be great for preppers if not for the government-corruption. And they screwed themselves with Trump.
