When you choose a car, a house, or a spouse; or make any other important decision,

is there ever just one reason, one reason only?

No. But in some situations, one reason can be the bellwether that can be an indicator of certain things or beliefs; or the reason may be the 'make it or break it' issue.

One reason this may affect your deisions might be the following: There is something in psychology called "Field and Focus." Every thing you ever experieced by sight, sound, smell, tasts, touch or experience or education becomes like a flower in a gigantic field. When you moght need or want it in the future.
Somtimes it just pops up. In other situations it is possible to bringit into focus. You go slowly trough the alphabet. If you are trying to remember the name of something on a class in a certain class
(Example a pause, b pause, c pause, etc.) When you are getting close to the first letter of the word you become more tense. When you hit the first letter and you know that isthe ne then go back to the beginning of the alphabet. I recently was trying to rememer the name of smeone who sat next to me in high school. When I got to "o" I knew it was close. When I got to "p" I knew that was the first letter of his last name. So I went to "Pa, pb, pc" until I got to "pq" I knew I was close. When I thought "Pr I remembered his last name. It was Prosal and I knew it was Richard Prosal.
Try it sometime!!!!
I have taught this to thousands of students who use it all of the time.

Yes, If you are a l*****t, progressive, socialist, c*******t, big statist, elitist, A****a, Democrat there is one reason why you h**e Trump. He beat your Highness, Hillary.

Whoops, I may wrong. They have also been told by the party leaders to h**e Trump and everything he does. That's two reasons.

However, maybe that isn't a reason, since you have to actually think rationally to have any reason, and they just blindly follow the Democratic mantra. So, yes, I was right, you need only one reason.

However, to sum up, I thought I was right. It turns out that I am not. In fact, we were all wrong. In the case of those with TDS, they don't even need ONE reason to make stupid decisions.

I usually look at the pros and cons then go from there.
