I'm sure the MSM is quite disappointed that Trump came out 'smelling like a rose' in this latest battle of policies. Trump has vowed to show strength, even though his main objective is to get out of the ME. However you look at it, it worked out perfect for the President. If Iran showed just enough force to save face to their people, so be it. The "Regime" as it stands looks like it might short lived, anyway. And it couold be a situation where Iran's own people create a 'regime change'.

Regime change is to be hoped, but I'm being a "Doubting Thomas" on that. Further, as I have stated on other threads, it would be a major miracle if the Iranians gave up their nuke programs and missile programs. Trump stated that we will not allow them to have nukes and ICBMs. That is why I believe we will eventually have to take out their facilities for design, development, test, manufacture, and deployment of all related weapons programs in Iran. Perhaps that is where we get the 52 targets Trump mentions. That act would bring on war, and it may be rather soon!
And, no, I am not a liberal, just following the words of Trump.

Perhaps Liberals wish for a war because so few of them are in the military. Admittedly, I served in the seventies and things were different then.

Yeah, I was in the Army from 68 to '70. Back then we were fighting c*******ts, now were trying to elect one.

I'm an independent. Simply going by what I've seen I agree with you. It will take a lot for a regime change I think people are hoping for too much there. I really can't see them giving up their nukes so willingly. Some kind of treaty maybe. I think I read that there are 53 missile sites being monitored.

I agree 100%, but that ain't gonna happen. "To cooperate" is not in their vocabulary. and look how much Trump has done without their cooperation.
