He is not an enemy as we are not at war with Iran, he is more an adversary comparable to Putin.

If they cave, perhaps all will be well. If there is regime change all might go well. But, if they do not give up their Nuke and ICBM programs, Trump stated we will not let them (in so many words) complete such weapons. War is still quite possible, if we take out those 52 targets.
