The children of two American citizens, born in the territory of the United States, are “natural born citizens.” The parents can not be dual citizens. Citizenship is their natural right, not a privilege granted by the Government via law.

SIMPLE TEST: If you have to cite a law to prove that someone is a citizen, then he is not a “natural born citizen.”

Anyone, who has to cite a law — including the 14th Amendment — has disqualified their own argument. The 14th Amendment to the Constitution did not change the eligibility requirements for the presidency.

Since citizenship is a natural right for those born of American parents on American soil, the Government does not grant the right and they cannot legally revoke it. Natural born citizens are “naturally” American citizens.

Congress is empowered by the Constitution to make naturalization laws. According to US Constitution, Article I, Section 8.

“The Congress shall have Power…. To establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization…”

Every law that Congress makes granting citizenship is a naturalization law. Natural born citizens are already naturalized and do not need to be naturalized a second time. Therefore, they do not have to be granted citizenship by a specific law from Congress. The Founders would have said they are citizens by God’s law or the law of nature and not by the law from the Government.

I am not sure if he was born in the US. I am so confused. There were so many conflicting and hidden issues behind this mystery. So many records are hidden. His Kenyan Grandma said, Barack Jr. was born in Kenya. So as his brother Malik. His BC indicated he was born in Kenya a protectorate of Great Britain at that time. And also the senator of Kenya said, Barack, Jr. was born in Kenya. The grandma and the senator are both dead now.

Those are all impeachable crimes. But these violations and derelictions of duties are only partial list of Barack Obama's destructions and violations of protocols against the US.

The series of Constitutional violations he did, no one paid attention and he acted freely with out hindrances from any angles.

I wish I could have engaged on this into a series of debates, one to one, the pros and cons of all facts of his violations disclosed and presented to the American people.

Fact of the matter was, in 2012, I summoned the p**********l candidate Mitt Romney to question Barack Obama on that B******i dereliction of duties that k**led Ambassador Stevens and 2 other support team. Mitt Romney just ignored, he was a coward and could have debated Barack on that.On a debate, Barack has a huge vocal chord and sound, but what matters are the facts presented.

The deaths could have been prevented. The US military station in Italy is just less then 2 hours, and 21 minutes travel. US military were willing to save the Ambassador. But the Executive Branch asked defense for a Stand down. Why? They were hiding some evil schemes. Barack and Hillary the culprits.
