have started back at the gym(after a two year absence)
and I have found out that I was in worse shape than I thought I was-Lol
I intend to remedy that situation
As for OPP
I am really tired of so much h**e
I spend most of my time now on 'Fishing Stage'
no h**e there,just folks having fun

Getting out and doing is sooo much more enjoyable than sitting inside all the time.. Most especially when its to enhance your well being~~Good for you!!!

H**e or negativity has a way of changing our mindset and I’ve come to the conclusion I don’t want it or need it in my life either.. Sometimes we simply have to release those that can’t see the joy of living life loving every minute of it... A lot shorter than we think and could be over in a second.. Why would we chose that instead of living for the beauty life is suppose to be about???

If its negative, please keep it I prefer to bask in the glory of love and light and spread it bright so others may find their way out of the darkness..

I was so sick I couldn’t come here literally.. As I thought of it I thought I’m too grateful for still being here and filled with such gratitude I didn’t want it robbed from me by Entering the world of h**e, vindictiveness or hurting another by my callous words...Sooo I simply decided not to do it.. I’ll speak my piece but not retaliate or even acknowledge those whom come on the attack..
