Democrat Michael Bloomberg’s p**********l run should concern Americans who care about freedom.

In New York City, Bloomberg developed a reputation for being a “nanny state” mayor.

And now Bloomberg just made this jaw-dropping statement in response to one heroic act.

Michael Bloomberg is using his billions to pursue a vanity campaign for president of the United States.

And one of his chief missions is identical to the one he had a mayor of New York: gun control.

Bloomberg has been staunchly opposed to the Second Amendment for a long time, pouring millions of dollars into anti-gun activism.

If he’s willing to ban large sodas—which he did as mayor—he would get rid of guns in a heartbeat if he could.

Recently, Jack Wilson, a retired law enforcement officer and firearms instructor, saved dozens of lives by k*****g a shooter who had a sawed off double-barrel shot intent on murdering a churchful of parishioners.

While most lauded Wilson as a hero, Bloomberg and his ghoulish gun-grabbing cohort quickly downplayed the act, and tried to spin it as a rational for more gun restrictions.

When confronted with the notion that a good guy with a gun saved dozens of churchgoers, Bloomberg responded:

That may be true. I wasn’t there. I don’t know the facts that somebody in the congregation had their own gun and k**led the person that murdered two other people, but it’s the job of law enforcement to have guns and decide when to shoot. We just do not want the average citizen carrying a gun in a crowded place.

This is the sick mentality of people like Bloomberg and the Left in general.

Control is more important than liberty and actually saving lives.

Bloomberg said it’s the job of law enforcement to have guns, but it was a former law enforcement officer – that Bloomberg would want disarmed – who had the gun that saved everyone.

Legal gun owners, who vastly outnumber illegal gun owners, have that same capacity.

That terrifies the Left because an armed populace is much more difficult to control.

And Jack Wilson proved what I have been saying all along--the AR-15/semi-automatic weapons are not necessary to provide for self-defense. Wilson had the shooter down in something like 6 seconds without using an AR-15!

Next, the second amendment was to provide for a well-trained m*****a to replace the need for a free-standing army. So don't talk about Bloomberg violating the second amendment when you people don't want to follow it either.
