Not quite true: If a religious practice breaks certain laws, it can be stopped.

One good example: One cannot use a human sacrifice as part of your religious rites.

Not so fast. Islam, besides being a religion, is a form of government. As soon as they become a majority they have to impose Sharia Law. Which is in direct conflict with our constitution in that those who don't subscribe to Sharia Law are summarily dispatched.
So we don't need to amend the constitution to keep them out.

I totally belive that the Muslim thinks he's religious.

The First Amendment Rights with (Muslim Religion), is dangerous and murderous, which must be removed from religion. After all their style of government is a "theocratic form", therefore, we could include that and consolidate to a form of government instead of religion. Religion that h**es and destroys other religion must be removed from the constitution.
