I personally think nothing. If anything was wrong with his tax returns the IRS would be all over it. I’m sure his return is very large and complicated. I’m positive Democrats who are no experts on tax returns would twist and point out all kinds of things. The press would cherry pick certain parts, make their own conclusions then try to point out illegalities.

Personally I like an either all or none rule. Either all Federal Officials must show their tax returns or none. Their is nothing in the Constitution that requires a President to show his tax returns.
