Thanks for that Rose42 I needed that this year as I am stuck at home. Was supposed to go to the daughters for breakfast and woke up about 4:00 A.M. with sore back and could hardly move. Spent Christmas limping around the house but feel slightly better today though. Just slightly don't know how long before I recover.

Glad you're feeling better at least. Sore backs are no fun. One of the perks of getting older aren't they.

When I was younger I had a herniated disc and the doctor that I had fused two of the vertebrae together and there are certain times when humidity coupled with barometric pressure and either cold or heat can cause it to flare up on me and then I am miserable until it resides. I can usually get relief with Aleve but it didn't work that well yesterday and today.

Thanks Deb. Yeah I've got back issues had back surgery two years ago and I'm in worse shape now than I was before. I've got a couple of lawyers and I think they're pretty good ones. I don't pay if I don't win. I can tell you something kind of funny. The woman in charge of the workers compensation who has told me we are here for you! I got a letter on December 12 from a woman declining my workers comp injury saying there was nothing wrong with me. On the following day on the 13th I had my MRI on my neck and then the report came through on the next day. Depicting a couple of debilitating issues. Another words I'm hurt I got a letter on December 12th from a woman declining my workers comp injury saying there was nothing wrong with me. on the following day on the 13th of December I had my MRI and then the report came out on the following day depicting a couple of serious issues. What kind of an i***t would make this assumption prior to medical determination. I guess she's going to have to backtrack a little bit and try and straighten out her dress or her brains or something. Anyway I just called the lawyer and faxed over the information thank them for the services and wait to see what happens now. I just couldn't believe how freaking stupid somebody can be. Maybe it'll get me some extra coins on the side. But anyway thanks for your concern. My daughter always has a great way of brightening Christmas up a little bit. I have a super kiddo.
