There's No Escape...

...from the Democrats' "Fundamental T***sformation..."

I was really attempting, after having a thread I wanted to start buried by Admin, to avoid initiating any further ones, but this is too much.

Millions of people move to the suburbs in order to escape the pandemonium, crime and other issues of urban life and enjoy nice, quiet environs, raise their children in more tranquil circumstances and live their lives in their versions of the American dream.

However, this doesn't sit well with our "good friends," the Democrats, who have now come up with yet another approach to their never-ending quest for complete, unmitigated intrusion into our lives.

https://dailycaller.com/2019/12/23/virginia-house-zoning-environment/

What I'd like to see is these same "progressive" politicians installing these same ("affordable," of course) residential rezoning laws in close proximity to their own homes.

Right, dream on...

I'm with you on this one, it sounds i***tic to the core. Let counties decide what zoning laws are right for the people that live there.

That rogue action and the representative that authored it gives dems a bad name.

The left has become a relentlessly intrusive and disruptive force in America, attempting to crawl into every nook and cranny of our personal lives, and the Democrats are their vehicle for doing so.

Thank you, Mr. Wood!

It's good to know we can agree on something besides the greatness of that Enigma video.

I like the last little bit about sending money to Israel is worse than donating to the Klu Klux Klan, using the Middle East as a bollard to project identity is telling, so urbanisation is all about culture, and the culture that stands on the shoulders of feel good to stay on top of feeling bad is going to prosper, but the feel gooders are not necessarily identity frozen unless you go live in the sticks.

Anti-urbanisation was always dependant on population control the 1 child family and laws preventing Country migration to Cities, worked for China and was impossible in India, more is the pity, the US and Australia never needed restraints because we got wealthy.

Here's an interesting fact the Indian Government is opening its borders to people being subjected to discrimination in neighbouring Countries, there are political and Religious caveats applying so the metaphysical comes into play what has the KKK got that Israel hasn't, - a suicidal tendency, - does the US really want that identity?.

I shop at the local Supermarket that is alongside a Bike trail connecting two rural towns that the homeless have taken over. In a few 100 yards alongside the Shopping center there are several hundred of them camped out.

I have noticed the last few times going to the market that the markets large cart rack has been empty and I have to go out into the parking lot to find a cart,. The market would send employees out in the past and come back with as many carts as they could push to keep the cart rack full. Now the employees come back maybe pushing 2 or 3 carts. I told one employee returning 2 carts that if they wanted to find all their carts they should go out to the homeless camp where all their carts are... She shrugged her shoulders and nodded.

Yes, we're all being impacted by this Democrat Fundamental T***sformation.

I remember years ago reading an article in Security Management magazine about many supermarkets looking to enact a variety of security measures to keep their shopping carts, which can cost anywhere from around $50 apiece to $150, from disappearing, such as charging a deposit or having a system that locks the wheels at the perimeter of the parking lot.

In some "progressive" controlled cities, separating a homeless person from a stolen shopping cart is treated as heinous.

As urban situations are pushed out into the suburbs, the rest of the features of city living people relocate to avoid will inevitably follow. Gangs, street crime, filthy streets, vandalism, etc.

However, the lawmakers that make it possible will inevitably have none of it in their neighborhoods. In New York, for example, the neighborhoods in which they plan on building smaller detention facilities to replace Riker's Island, for some "strange" reason, are all miles away from the homes of any of the City Council members who are determining these sites.

Apparently, what's good for the geese is not good for select ganders.

The identity we'll soon have, if the left have their way, may well be where America will be a place in which even fifty miles from the nearest city, one can't go for a walkabout without stepping over garbage, human feces and used syringes.

That's about right... I'm about 60 miles from a major city. The smaller towns about 20 away don't seem to have this problem. The town, or small city I live in has plenty of corners to stand on and hold a sign, a liquor store within short walking distance, and a county HHS office close by.

To escape this Liberal T***sformational madness, one has to live far out in the country where you know all of your neighbors. or be rich enough to live in a gated Community with armed guards.

Right next door to that same "liberal" politician or his biggest contributor, LOL, who also don't want to live anywhere near the product they produced.
