Hi, PR... I was going to say just what Kevyn posted...
But I will add that trump was told this was just what would happen my many people. including Prsident Obama..
It should be no surprise to any State Dept official.. it is what 3 generations of NK rulers have done. to the letter..
Kim got a huge gift in the eyes of the world from trump and in return gave nothing at all.

OH,, I need to add.. this Christmas gift you mention, was the subject.. I agree with you, if this gift is an actual damage causing "gift" we had better respond in kind..
Both Bush jr and Obama gave much consideration to striking the then being tested ICBM of NK, Obama did launch a cyber strike which had some effect..
Now I think we are past the stage and like you say, perhaps a limited military strike will be needed..
I sure hope not..
I am opposed to war at all cost.. but some times....

I think this would make Bolton happy a scorched earth policy, but only for the palace. That way the threat is neutralized, problem solved, and we really didn't have to do that much.
