Pennylynn, are you paying attention? Christians think you are going to spend an eternity in hell with ME! Maybe your hell will be that you have to actually debate me!

All Jews go to a kind of hell when they die, we call it “Gehinnom.” Unless you are perfect, never making mistakes or causing pain, never break a spiritual law. It is with regret, but I do not know anyone who is perfect. Every act we do in our lifetime leaves an imprint on our soul. The good we do brightens and elevates our soul, and every wrongdoing leaves a stain that needs to be cleansed. If, at the end of our life, we leave this world without fixing the wrongs we have done, our soul is unable to reach its place of rest, so we spend time in Gehinnom. It is not punishment, it is a "kindness." Our Sages have this to say, "Repent one day before you die.” And what should you do if you don’t know which day that will be? "Repent today."

So Happy Hanukkah!

Debate you? She puts your bitter, angry, h**eful self in your place every time she responds to you.
And, unlike you, she does it respectfully.

Well, as your president would say--for what do I have to repent? That's because he thought nothing he had ever done was wrong. For all others, the problem with repenting is that it is a pointless gesture as few, if any, are changed by the act itself. The vast majority of people repent but then go on behaving as they did before. The man who c***ts on his wife, mocks children who he thinks stole his thunder, and lies about all of it with c***t, lie and mock with abandon the instant repenting exits his lips. This is true with Christians and I am sure it is true with Jews as well as others. So it's not repent "today" but repent continually...or be sincere in what you repent for and don't do those acts again--your choice...

And "Happy Holidays"

Oh, so you've seen our debates. Pull up the last one where she spoke to me--respectfully or otherwise?

Oh, and I don't think this is the hell Jeffress was referring to but a nice deflection so I have to give you a thumbs up!

I'm not sure what a...person like you considers "debate", but any time Ms. Penny responds, it is respectful, logical, and factual.
You, on the other hand, are bitter, angry, disrespectful, and (in your mind) always right with no intention of changing your mind.

You don't want "debate". You want to vent your h**e for all who don't agree with you. It's obvious.
Such a sad life you live. What with all your money, and worldley goods, you really have no power, and it burns your backside.

I feel sad for you, Peter.

Maybe the blackness of death will give you peace someday.

Just show me any time Pennylynn has replied to me--respectively or otherwise. And I would love a debate. Pennylynn once promised one but then she started spinning the same fallacies all other conservatives spin so it became obvious she had no interest debate and was looking for a stage in which she could call herself a winner. Well, if you sit there and spin fallacies I'll call you on it and Pennylynn doesn't like it if you tell her she is wrong so when I did she took her ball and went home--never to speak directly to me again.

As for the black darkness--we all came from it and we are all going to return to it. The only difference between you and me is that I'm not afraid of death whereas you needed to invent a god to protect yourself from it. If you want to know sadness--that's it in spades! As for power--I have power over my life and the way I think and that's more than you or any conservative--including Pennylynn--can say. Your life exists in the fallacies you create and a world where you are told what you want to hear else the words being spoken are wrong and the speaker not to be trusted. So from this comes Deep States and E-vile liberals plotting to take away all you hold sacred and you scurry into the obedience of your chosen authoritarian leaders because long ago you gave up thinking for yourselves.

So you hold investigations into Plots you are told E-vile liberals do and when that comes up a bust, as with the latest IG report, you forget about that one and point to the next one...never once grasping that the reason the report didn't say what you wanted is because in the beginning you were fed what you were wanted to hear not what was actually true. So, so long as what you want to hear is a lie so will be the world you live in--but hey, feel sorry for me--that's the logical thing to do...

Most Christians do believe that Jews are going to go to hell....

Personally I don't hold that belief.... I believe that each of us, no matter our faith (or lack of it), will be judged in turn...

That being said.... So what if this preacher is there... Is it not a sign of unity that people of different faiths and opinions can come together in respect of each other's faith...

I would think this would be something you would support.. No?

You're a Canadian CD and there's still hope for your country but this is America and here it's Evangelicals at the top then come the Jews because they need them for the end of times and the rest are either heathens or worse, atheists like me.

As for the hell part, Jeffress spoke at the WH Hanukkah celebration which shows you what the WH thinks of our Jewish friends. They are but the red meat needed for evangelicals accent to heaven and not much more...

Well thanks Peter...

I think there is hope for both of our countries..

I tend to agree with you concerning the Evangelical support of Jews...

Were any Jews offended by Jeffries speech?

I have plenty of friends from different faiths and some honestly believe I'm destined for hell... (others have at times expressed the wish that I expediate the process)...

We still get along...

Seems to me that Trump is on good terms with the Jewish community of America...

This is an occasion for celebration... The holiday of Hanukkah....

Yup, it's accepted that Trump is known by the company he keeps--even foul-mouthed so-called pastors.

The military when I was in had a common chaplain that did services for all people of faith, I wasn't aware that it was a problem...to me faith seemed to be more of a common bond than it is to a lot of people of faith. I looked at someone of a different faith as a kindred soul I guess, I wasn't aware of different That's just me.
