depends on who BO wanted to appoint. We already more Judges that donot know the LAW and make rulings not by the law but how they feel which is occurring every day by the feel good judges issue injuction outside their districts upsurping the powers of the Supreme court that make Nation wide edicts on the law which very often do not fit the FACTS. To many of his jerks are anything but fair and impartial judges, alot
like the fair acts of Demorat controlled Congress. No Due Process, Guilty without a fair TRIAL, would you like to be tried under these circumstances?
