A bit of hyperbole, Radiance...but your points are noted and understood. President Barack Obama won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize in October of 2009, nine months after he took the oath of office for the Presidency. Prior to the oval office, he had been a U.S. Senator for four years.

L-T, my post had only to do with discrediting Radiance's claims of Obama's time in the Senate, and how quickly he won his Nobel Peace Prize. IMO, one would be hard-pressed to legitimize his earning the award. However, it can/should be blamed on the Nobel Prize Committee's premature se******n process.

The Norwegian Nobel Committee announced the award on October 9, 2009, for a "new climate" in international relations fostered by Obama, especially in reaching out to the Muslim world.[3]. That he emboldened the Muslim world during his administration. Good job Mr. President, you also emboldened Iran for its nuclear proliferation, and ISIS, which you called the "JV Team." that become the monster team.

He also removed the US military forces in Iraq,in 2011, when Iraq was not yet prepared to defend itself. This paved way for ISIS to take over Iraq, and all the US arms left including 6000 Humvees, and all military assets. Millions of Christians were k**led in the Middle East during ISIS reign.

The exodus of millions of Syrians to come to the US was the result of the ISIS complex war in Syria.

bo had to know he had done nothing to earn it and there were 200 other nominees, many of whom were much more deserving for their actual accomplishments and ongoing work on behalf of others. IMO If bo had any honor about him, he would have refused it so that it could go to someone deserving. But alas, arrogance and egotism overcame any thought of that, and he gladly accepted it. And all that has happened because of it is the honor of it has been cheapened. It is now just another shiny participation trophy.
