I respectfully suggest that you are wrong. Democrats went to court and a judge ruled that former White House counsel Don McGahn had to testify. As far as I know that happened. As far as I know the Trump Administration has complied with court orders. If they did not then you are right. Other than court orders, the Administration does not have to legally comply with anything the House demands. That is not legal obstruction.

Forgot about that Don guy, yes he was going to testify.. but I do not recall him doing so... maybe he was so mild he got not press coverage..

The rest of the 6 or 7 never got to court..

Strange, the court idea seemed to be for d**gging it out so long trump would be past the e******n when settled.. now no one seems to care..

My point is that unless President Trump actually defied a court order, he did not legally commit obstruction. You need to separate out the legal from the political. Democrats politically Impeached President Trump. That is all they did. The Senate will politically find him innocent. End of story.

When you speak of Impeachment you tend to bring in all of the peripheral things you h**e about President Trump. Most of that is irrelevant to the two articles of Impeachment. If a man is on trial for, , , say robbery and the prosecution brought up that he drank and gambled, so he must be guilty, the Judge would declare a mistrial because none that of is admissible or relevant.

The Trump advisors that plead guilty or were found guilty had nothing to due with Trump's, his campaign, or his administration. They were charges from many years before Trump even ran for President. The Russians that were charged are people that will never be brought to trial. It looks good on paper but is totally useless. One Russian entity that was charged caused a large stir because it had representatives show up in court and proved it was not even in existence at the time offenses were alleged to have occurred.
