Trump Has Not Been Impeached

How can I say this? Because an expert on constitutional law says so. Who is this expert? He is law professor Noah Feldman who the Democrats used in the House hearings to say Trump had committed impeachable offenses. He states that until the House has delivered the articles of impeachment to the Senate Trump has not been impeached. if Democrats say that is not true then they is saying he is not really a constitutional expert and therefore his House testimony is invalid. If he really is a constitutional expert and his House testimony was valid then Trumph has not been impeached. Which is it, Democrats?

Mr. Trump truly has not been impeached 
I saw the interview with Feldman last night and he explained it in a way that even a 3 year old could understand it. Any further action by the Democrat is nothing more than screaming at the sky.MAGA TRUMP 2020

Which is why they’re going home. It’s not for feedback from their constituents, because they don’t matter in the scheme of things. Make no mistake, this is all a scheme. I too would love to start out the New Year with a Congress that starts doing the work of the people hand in hand with Mr. Trump.
He is the perfect leader for them to stand with in today's day and time.

I don't think they will get away with their excesses this time, they've simply gone much too far in their desperation to reclaim the presidency and there are too many tenacious, non-Obama/non-swamp people investigating the Democrats' three year old assault on the Trump Administration, among other things, from various perspectives.
I know Trump isn't going to let this pass, even if it comes to the Democrats and their stooges as a "dish served cold."

POTUS Trump has the whole damn swamp right where he wants ‘em. The House Rats played their hand...right into the biggest trap yet. They better hope this doesn’t go to trial. If it does, the Senate will “drop the hammer” on ‘em!
Even if the Rats decide against a trial in the Senate, a pissed POTUS is going to “pinch their heads off”, one-by-one, over the next five years.
POTUS Trump has the t***h on his side which makes meting out justice much easier. They’ll whine, whimper and gnash their teeth, but, we’ll ignore their anguish.
