I must say, I have to stand corrected as I had just assumed all CC's had abandoned their religious beliefs to crawl into bed with Donald Trump. Well here's the editorial board of one Christian magazine (Billy Grahams) that calls for him to be removed from office. They claim that Trump violated the constitution and he is profoundly immoral. No argument from me but I have to wonder what reproductions from the Republican H**e Machine will fall on the magazine and the individual who wrote the essay.

We all know that Trump will fight back so is this war with the Evangelicals?

Franklin Graham strongly disagrees with the magazine's position and says his father would too.

Well, as I said, it was just refreshing to have one CC place his moral values over his political values. This notion that you can be politically expedient without corrupting your values when you have one of the most immoral and corrupt president's like Donald Trump is just a sad mistake.

And I have no doubt that Franklin would whore himself for Donald Trump but I would hope Billy would stand up for his religion before aligning himself with one of the most corrupt politicians ever!

And you can v**e for someone and still hold them accountable. Loyalty does not have to come at the expense of selling your soul and core values to the person. Christians should be the first ones speaking out against immorality.

Conservatives don't understand accountability--not when it interferes with their political beliefs. The problem is that CC's have completely given up on their core values--all so they can be politically expedient with Donald Trump. If he's accused of paying off his mistresses they sit there and whistle and act like nothing is going on. When children are imprisoned as a punishment for daring to cross our border it's as far away from Christian values as you can get. They spend more time thinking up excuses for Trump than they do walking the path Christ laid out for them. And the sad thing is that atheists like me are more moral than any so-called Christian on the right side of the aisle.

Franklin Graham said quote ""Christianity Today “represents what I would call the l*****t elite within the evangelical community. They certainly don’t represent the Bible-believing segment of the evangelical community.

Southern Baptist Church Pastor Robert Jeffress, tweeted that the magazine is “dying” and “going against 99% of evangelical Republicans who oppose impeachment.

I say these luci's from the f**e news ""Christianity Today Rag"" are Soros OSF minions

Where did your "morals" come from?
Your last sentence leads to what?
I don't see your "good morals " anywhere.

That's a truly despicable thing to say. Even for you. Billy Graham helped thousands. You? You sit on your behind and spew nothing of value. You rail against Christians because you have a deep hatred for Trump. You point your finger at everyone else without knowing who you are.

Even though you harbor so much hatred for everyone you don't agree with Jesus Christ still loves you. He is the only thing that will heal your hatred and bitterness.

I guess what others have said is really true. You have been given over to a reprobate mind. May God have mercy on you.

Christianity Today must have a bunch of apostates in its ranks. The Bible warned us about this.

So you're suggesting that he supports immoral behavior so long as it is politically expedient? The question begged is does CT inaccurately portray Donald Trump and how?

Snip>>> "the facts in this instance are unambiguous: The president of the United States attempted to use his political power to coerce a foreign leader to harass and discredit one of the president’s political opponents. That is not only a violation of the Constitution; more importantly, it is profoundly immoral."

When Billy Graham founded Christianity Today it was for the purpose of helping Evangelicals interpret the news in a manner that reflects their faith. Does placing Christian values aside for the purpose of political expediency reflect your Evangelical faith?

Let’s grant this to the president: The Democrats have had it out for him from day one, and therefore nearly everything they do is under a cloud of partisan suspicion. This has led many to suspect not only motives but facts in these recent impeachment hearings. And, no, Mr. Trump did not have a serious opportunity to offer his side of the story in the House hearings on impeachment.

But the facts in this instance are unambiguous: The president of the United States attempted to use his political power to coerce a foreign leader to harass and discredit one of the president’s political opponents. That is not only a violation of the Constitution; more importantly, it is profoundly immoral.

Read that last part--what they are saying is that the feeling of the democrats towards the president are irrelevant in light of the actions betrayed by the president. CC's invariably try to shoot the messenger instead of address the message. Well here, CT is addressing the wrongs of the president instead of any flaws in those who are pointing out those flaws. They are trying to get to the t***h instead of doing what CC's have come to do, and that is to hide from it.

Again, I find this entire article quite refreshing given the state of Evangelical Christianity today...
