President Trump is like a heart surgeon who is a #1 butt head - but is the #1 surgeon around. I may not like some of the things he does - but he is getting the job done.

Well we didn't elect a smooth politician we elected someone that knows how to get business done and just imagine how much could have done had the congress applied themselves at doing their job and not obstructing the president out of spit
