They did not allow witnesses for the president during their secret inquiry at the basement in Congress. They did manufacture and invent cases against the president without credibility.
The document to enforce are : The original transcript of the president's phone call and the verbal testimony of Ukraine president Zelensky. Those are the two that must be acceptable in Court. No heresies, no gossips, no 3rd party rumors which all they have.

Even the whistle blower could not be questioned, but hidden personality. The court does not accept that. Both parties must be questioned, and present their case for review of the Court.

This is a gross violation of the president's constitutional rights. Why does the dumb GOP Senate could not stop this? I'd dismiss the whole case and return to Adam Schiff. Not enforceable, no crime committed, crime does not exist. A waste of time and money of the taxpayers.

They termed the crime of abuse of power and obstruction of justice to "high crime and misdemeanor to qualify for impeachment.

The abuse of power did not exist. I explained this over and over already. The president did his duties to verification and investigation of Ukraine before a final fund is released. These are essential procedures and must be enforced before any t***saction is approved. He did the right job, and be commended for that.

It so happened that there was a history of corruption of the Biden father and with his son concerning the Burizma Holding Co. This was the hidden crime of the prior Obama administration and they wanted it hidden but came out during this investigation. Of course, the president must ask question about this 2016 activities.

The other one was obstruction of justice. Adam Schiff demanded that president appear to the Congressional inquiry to testify and defend his case. There was nothing to defend because he did not do anything wrong. In addition, as Chief Executive, he has his rights and privileges not to answer to the demands of Congress. Congress must require a court order to enforce the president to doing this. But they did not. They think that they are the most powerful. Which is now a blatant abuse of power by Congress and president Trump has the right to deny them. He is the Chief Executive and Schiff does not have any compulsion against the president.

There are no cases for impeachment. These are all blatant violations of the president's constitutional rights. Schiff and Pelosi must be held accountable for their abuses against the president.

The inept Senate must dismiss the case. There are no crimes violated. The president followed all protocols and must be commended, and exonerated for this.

The president must sue Adam Schiff and Pelosi for all the sufferings and barriers placed on front of him while doing his jobs. The president must sue Adam Schiff and Pelosi for the crimes against the American people, and Adam Schiff must be dismissed or be removed or impeached from Congress.

Pelosi's demise, she is an old woman rid of her by 2020 and allow her to get old and wrinkled without botox.

I wish I could stand there at the podium in Congress to prove that this that there was no crime committed, but tyrannical take over against the president and must be stopped. They are all wrong, and an abuse of power. I am certain of this.
