No, no president has ever talked like this, his letter could be used as evidence that he is too unhinged to serve as president...and by the way, he needs to fact check the analogies he uses, the salem witch trials were not a good one. If someone had a dream about someone being a witch that was good enough for being put to death.
Who is most of us? On your best day you are a minority, trump did not have a majority of the american people elect him, and the republican party no longer has a majority, hell there isn't even a christian majority anymore. Trump doesn't even try to represent americans as a whole, he represents only those who support him, those who don't are talked about like they are unpatriotic scum that don't matter.
