President Trump defrauded no charities. He broke a few accounting rules - less than $200k identified miscategorised expenditures out of over $8million of his own money donated to his charity. Likelihood is he was not doing the accounting himself and may not even been aware of the Mis-categorisations. That is probably why he got no putatives damages or interest beyond the fine and beyond dissolving his charity, giving the proceeds to 8 other charities and paying back the mischaracterised funds.
