It's about time! But I agree with others that no foreign trainees should be allowed to carry on base.

The military looks at things practically and relies on science, statistics and facts as opposed to feelings and fantasy. They understand clearly that suicide amongst active service members k**ls more by far than combat deaths. The number k**led in d******c t*******t attacks on bases while inexcusable is statistically insignificant. It is a good bet that the brass long ago came to the obvious conclusion that the downside cost of arming everyone on domestic bases far outweighed the potential benefit.
