This new popular baby name in America is raising eyebrows

Common baby names often change over time.

A century ago, Ruth was one of the five most popular girl names.

But this new popular baby name is raising eyebrows.

For the first time ever in the United States, the name Muhammad has cracked into the top 10 for popularity among boys.

That’s a surprising number considering the name did not at all register nearly 20 years ago.

Breitbart reports:

The most updated list for popular baby names reveals that the name Muhammad is now the tenth most used name for newborn baby boys in the U.S., according to BabyCenter data. This is the first time in American history that the name has been included in the top ten most popular baby boy names.

Muhammad has been climbing in the U.S. for years now, as the Muslim population continues booming to historic levels largely due to the nation’s legal immigration system, which admits about 1.2 million legal immigrants every year.

For example, in 2018, Muhammad was the 14th most popular baby name for boys. Two years before, in 2016, Muhammad was listed as the 34th most popular name for baby boys. Jump back to the year 2000, though, and the name Muhammad did not register on a list of the year’s 200 most popular baby boy names.

The rise in popularity in the name speaks to the number of immigrants and refugees the country brings in.

The United States is one of the most generous nations on the planet on this issue, but that isn’t the narrative the Left will employ.

The name Muhammad becoming more prevalent is obviously connected to the rise in the Muslim population.

A Pew Research poll shows that the Muslim percentage of the population will double in the next 30 years.

The Muslim population currently sits at around 3.45 million people and 1.1% of the population.

Those numbers are projected to hit 8.1 million people and 2.1% respectively.

The main issue with the current levels of immigration (both legal and illegal) is that it’s happening at a rate where America can’t properly assimilate people.

Even worse, radical L*****ts are imploring immigrants and refugees not to assimilate.

Does the United States need to pump the brakes on the current rates of immigration?

Nope. Unlike Mohammed they followed God and repented. Mohammed was Satan’s tool.

When did they repent?

They were obeying God when they committed the majority of their atrocities

Look back at what Rose posted, and reexamine your reply to her.

To me, it seems you are accusing these biblical men of criminality.

Not at all...

Just pointing out that there are religious figures who are capable of atrocities...

Alexander is noted in the book of Daniel...not by specifying his name, but his war accomplishments and infusing his Hellenistic form of Society on Western Societies...

It's where we still are today.

When Moses struck the Egyptian who was beating a Israelite, it wasn't murder at all.
