Hospitals Sue to Protect Secret Prices
As expected, groups representing hospitals sued the Trump administration Wednesday to stop a new regulation would require them to make public the prices for services they negotiate with insurers. Claiming the rule “is unlawful, several times over,” the industry groups, which include the American Hospital Association, say the rule violates their First Amendment rights, among other issues.

"The burden of compliance with the rule is enormous, and way out of line with any projected benefits associated with the rule," the suit says. In response, a spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services said that hospitals “should be ashamed that they aren’t willing to provide American patients the cost of a service before they purchase it.”

The polar bear is old sick and dying, that's what it has always looked like.
The pipes could just be dirty water or sludge. It could be a ditch or containment pit.
Oil spills happen. When it does we clean it up.
Some factories still run on coal but are almost all gone in the USA.
The Koala reminds me of Smokey the Bear as a cub. Lightning strikes still cause fires.
Not sure what that is a picture of a road or limbs.
We are the smallest polluters of all the industrial nations. That ring doesn't look American made.
Orangutans are only found in Sumatra and Borneo in the wild.
The US isn't perfect but we've lapped the field a few times.
Send a donation to your favorite cause as I do. But don't guilt me into giving money to the left.
Complain to China and India the two biggest polluters.

Gee, I was with you until you got to the "we are the smallest polluters" part.. very wrong, we are still the world biggest polluters.. that is one reason why we were once world leaders in the battle on pollution and hence CC.. as for China and India, they have both jumped on the wagon and have very large programs to battle pollution and CC..

Under trump we are officially standing doing nothing but some state and corporation are doing what they can and waiting for the end of the trump term for the country to get back to work..
