We can also talk about controversial V**er ID laws that have been condemned by Federal Courts and the recent habit of Republican state-held legislatures to change the rules to overturn v**er's choices on b****t issues and severely limit the incoming Democrats elected as governors. That's just the tip of the iceberg now. (Wisconsin is just one example of this egregious attack on our democracy.)

Republican candidate, Danielle Stella, who is vying to unseat Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) has been permanently suspended from Twitter after threatening Omar’s life on the platform over a debunked conspiracy theory.
On Tuesday, Stella spread a false story about the freshman congresswoman’s involvement in passing along classified information regarding Iran. One of Stella’s completely false tweets read: “If it is proven @IlhanMN passed sensitive info to Iran, she should be tried for #treason and hanged.”

A Republican congressional candidate in Florida sent a fundraising letter last week that called for the h*****g of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) and other Democrats, reported The Tampa Bay Times.
In his letter, George Buck, who’s running to unseat Democratic Rep. Charlie Crist in 2020, said “we should hang these t*****rs,” apparently referring to Omar and Democratic Reps. Rashida Tlaib (Mich.) and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (N.Y.).
The congresswomen make up three out of the four members of “the Squad,” a progressive group of first-term lawmakers of color. Omar, a Black Muslim who fled war-torn Somalia with her family as a child, has been the subject of numerous death threats since taking office in January.
Buck’s fundraising email also reportedly targets Crist and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.).
Asked for a comment, Buck initially told the Times that the letter was written by his campaign manager, whom he refused to name. He later sent the newspaper a statement in which he appeared to stand by the letter and noted the constitutional definition of treason as well as the crime’s potential punishment: death.
The National Republican Congressional Committee said Wednesday that it would remove Buck from its “Young Guns” program, which works with candidates to run successful campaigns against their Democratic opponents, reported Politico.
