What you perceive as world leaders laughing at Trump is actually their expressions of anger and frustration that Trump is making them toe the line and stop treating the US as their patsy; I for one am loving it.

I wonder if the reason Progressive Bills (I say Progressive cause there ain't no such thing as a Democrat any longer) haven't been taken up by the Senate is because they were quickly thrown together in the House, full of crap and for the sole political purpose of claiming they're working for the American people and to CYA? Progressives are well known for this kind of legislative subterfuge; crafting Bills they know will never be passed.
