Impeachment should not be based upon presumptions and that the statutes which describe crimes can be ignored simply because it's impeachment and not a court trial.

Of course, his words are flying in one ear and right out the other of all the democrats.

If you’re talking about the Democrats in that room!!!!!!........nothing will change their mind! I’m glad that the Republicans chose this Professor, a man that did not v**e for this President nor does he support him. He supports the rule of Law and our Constitution. He has backed up his opinion that President Trump has not committed any impeachable law and that they, the Judiciary Cmte, are the ones in danger of abusing their POWER! I hope that more Liberals/Democrats will take the time and listen to Professor Turley’s testimony in order to hear both sides and make a nonpartisan decision. Watching these Impeachment Hearings has been very informative for me and has convinced me even more that we need to keep informed and involved in choosing who represents us in Washington.

If you’re talking about the Democrats in that room... (show quote)

Informative, in a word. I'd bet it has also been instrumental in moving many independents over to the trump camp.
