The São Paulo Forum and the Palermo Protocol.

The São Paulo Forum receives its name from the city of Brazil where its first meeting was held in 1990. Its creators were Fidel Castro and Lula Da Silva as a response in Latin America to the defeat suffered by international c*******m with the Fall of the Berlin Wall, prior to the subsequent disappearance of the USSR. When the Forum was held for the first time, only one of the parties that made it up was in power, the C*******t Party of Cuba. Little more than fifteen years later, the assistance to this Forum had become the main meeting point for leaders of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, Nicaragua and Venezuela, among others. At that time, the construction company Odebrecht, in the hands of the Lula government, and the Venezuelan oil of the Chavez regime, financed the success of the extremist political projects promoted by the São Paulo Forum, dev****g itself to create problems for the liberal democracy; and for this, they sought to incorporate issues such as feminism, indigenism, environmentalism, regionalism, g****r defense, student groups and all possible issues to face what was then called “neoliberalism”. With this policy they successfully infiltrated the European Union and the UN. In the latter, it is noteworthy that the 2030 Agenda of said organization is composed of all the aforementioned ingredients, which were incorporated into the discourse of the left, maintaining its influence in Europe and even here in the USA (with the help of their travel companion, George Soros), where some leaders of the Democratic Party are pronouncing themselves for the implantation of socialism and a disastrous Green New Dial that follows the recipe of the 2030 Agenda of the UN. -----------------------------------------------------------In July of this year, the XXV annual meeting of the aforementioned Forum was held in Caracas and its situation at that time was no longer very promising: Fidel Castro and Hugo Chávez are dead, Lula Da Silva was imprisoned, Rafael Correa is legally outlawed, Cristina Kirchner is indicted, Pepe Mujica is being investigated and due to the Odebrecht scandal, corrupt politicians continue to be imprisoned. A few months later the situation has leaned even more against the extreme left, with the resignation of Evo Morales and his escape from Bolivia, frightened by the popular demonstrations that were motivated by the e*******l f***d with which he intended to perpetuate himself in power. In Uruguay, the right has won the e******ns and in Argentina, although Peronism returns to goverment, it is noteworthy that Mrs. Cristina Fernández (who was elected as Vice President), is subject to process. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The expensive oil and the corruption promoted by Odebrecht are over, they only have drug trafficking and now with the fall of Bolivia that business is in danger, because in that country was the main source of supply and impunity for traffic. ------------------------------------------------------ The São Paulo Forum is more a criminal union that a political project, a real and criminal political mafia more than a partisan-ideological militancy. Its true creator was Fidel Castro who used drug trafficking with a double purpose: to raise money and destroy capitalist society through corruption and vice. Now a new character has entered this contest, which is Mr. Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) and the Puebla Group has been created. This individual carried out four political campaigns and in the last one he managed to take over the presidency of Mexico. Of course someone had to finance these four campaigns and it is logical to think that it was the São Paulo Forum. It should be noted that when Mr. Evo Morales was in trouble, AMLO immediately sends a plane from the Mexican air forces to rescue him. AMLO’s stance regarding drug cartels leaves much to be desired. It is public knowledge as when law enforcement agents captured Chapo Guzmán’s sons (who were substituting their father in running the drug cartel) AMLO ordered to release them, accessing a blackmail of violence perpetrated by the cartel in a city of Sinaloa. Recently in Mexico, American citizens (women and children) have been massacred by one of the drug cartels, so I think it is necessary to force the application of the Palermo Protocol; and for this, I will take some reasoning from the Lawyer and Politologist, Director of the Interamerican Institute for Democracy, Carlos Sánchez Berzaín regarding this matter. ---------------------------------------------Article 4 of the United Nations Convention against t***snational organized crime (Palermo Convention) states that it will “apply to the prevention, investigation and prosecution” of “crimes that are t***snational in nature and involve the participation of an organized criminal group. This Convention is the legal provision to accuse, investigate, prosecute and capture Nicolás Maduro and the individuals who, to obtain material benefits, have committed and are committing serious crimes against life, liberty , the state, the economy and humanity, illegally holding political power for purposes of impunity in Venezuela. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The competence is open in several countries of the world as the Convention applies even to the crime that “is committed in one State but has substantial effects in another State.” Crimes against life, freedom, integrity and security of people, the drug trafficking and common crimes are NOT political events and cannot be considered a matter only of Venezuela’s internal order because they have great and serious international effects. It is a set of premeditated actions, organized and executed with the purpose that Nicolás Maduro and his group retain the power to guarantee the impunity they need in order to cover the hundreds of crimes that they have committed and are committing in a continuous and sustained manner to obtain great material benefits inside and outside Venezuela, with the benefit of having appropriated the State to continue committing crime.- The International right is pointing the way and the governments of the democratic states of the Americas, until recently complacent and now also victims of the organized crime group of Maduro, cannot refuse the application of the Palermo Convention by opening investigations and causes in their own systems of justice, requiring the international capture of those investigated, whose names must include, at least, Nicolás Maduro, members of his so-called Government, civil and military, and the components of the apocryphal Constituent Assembly that have become a renewed instrument of commission of crimes.------------------------------------------------------------------------ The governments of the democratic states of the Americas and the world are faced with the option of fulfilling their obligation to protect their peoples and their States by opening investigations, prosecuting and capturing the members of the organized crime group of Nicolás Maduro that usurps Venezuela today (instead of treating it as equal) , or become its accomplices and continue to suffer the consequences ranging from forced migration, drug trafficking, money laundering and more, to destabilization and the maintenance of international terrorism.-------------------------------------------To what Sánchez Berzaín says can be added that it is time for drastic measures to be taken also with Cuba and Nicaragua to deactivate these political associations to commit crimes, placing Raúl Castro and Daniel Ortega, as well like their cronies, along with Nicolás Maduro. Russia seized Crimea and China has built artificial islands in international waters without consideration and the UN does nothing. Pressure must be made to promote the Organization of American States (OAS) to apply force if necessary, to end crime in the Americas. When the Cold War ended, the necessary thing was not done to root out the weeds and today is the result of not having done it in a timely manner. The r**ts in Chile and Colombia, promoted by the São Paulo Forum, show this.-------------------------
