I wouldn't call that an altercation at a bar because it appears the the women didn't do anything to cause the violence but were instead attacked. It sounds like the woman were innocent victims of a racial attack. Now the woman are looking at real costly plastic surgery just for celebrating their birthday. Obviously those thugs won't pay for the surgeries unless the local butcher is also a plastic surgeon as well.
