With his Thanksgiving vacation, President Donald Trump’s golf hobby has now cost Americans an estimated $115 million in travel and security expenses ― the equivalent of 287 years of the p**********l salary he frequently boasts about not taking.
Of that amount, many hundreds of thousands ― perhaps millions ― of dollars have gone into his own cash registers, as Secret Service agents, White House staff and other administration officials stay and eat at his hotels and golf courses.
The exact amount cannot be determined because the White House refuses to reveal how many Trump aides have been staying at his properties when he visits them and will not turn over receipts for the charges incurred.

The POTUS has a security detail 24/7/365.....working, sleeping or playing golf.
It all costs pretty much the same.

Likely, using golf facilities which the POTUS formerly owned, costs less than otherwise. On the other hand, Obama tended to take lavish INTERNATIONAL vacations which proved to be very costly.

Obama accomplished very little in eight years. As it turns out, he may have spent a copious amount of time bolstering a corrupt fourth branch of government. An establishment of non-elected, elite oligarchs.

Conversely, POTUS Trump is actually rooting-out corruption and accomplishing great things for this country.....even while playing golf!

I love how, when Trump first ran, he claimed he would be too busy 'working' to play golf. It turned out the other way around--he's too busy playing golf to work. Good thing we aren't paying him because he sure ain't worth it...

Congress has spent millions and billions on impeachment and maintaining people who are here illegally. At the same time there are Americans who can not afford medicine and deplirable lives for our military and veterans.
How about special taxes on elected officials who live in mansions and are multimillionaires. They should use their methods of acquiring vast sums of money for themselves to increase the national income.
