Erdoğan has incited a jihad against Christianity
Researched By Pastor Gary Boyd -November 26, 2019

By reigniting Islamic Turkish nationalism, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has practically undone the secularisation efforts of the early years of the Turkish Republic and has incited a jihad against Christianity, wrote author and cleric Father Mario Alexis Portella in the Catholic Crisis Magazine.
Like his Ottoman predecessors, Erdoğan has been seeking the implementation of the kingdom of Allah on earth, said Portella, a priest of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and chancellor of the Archdiocese of Florence, Italy.

Since he came to power in 2003, Erdoğan has built 17,000 mosques, one-fifth of Turkey’s total, not only in Turkey, but also across the world from the Balkans to Western Europe, Africa and America.

Meanwhile, he has also seized churches, including, in April 2016, the 1,700-year-old Virgin Mary Syrian Orthodox Church in Diyarbakır in southeast Turkey. At least 50 Syrian churches, monasteries, and cemeteries in the southeastern province of Mardin were seized by the Turkish Directorate of Religious affairs in 2017.

Turkey’s military operation, backed by Syrian Islamist rebels, against the Kurdish-controlled northwestern Syrian district of Afrin in 2018 led to the displacement of 300,000 Christians, Yazidis, and Kurds. And in a new military offensive launched last month against Kurdish m*****a in northeast Syria, Turkey began to assail Kurdish and Christian civilians, many of them children, with chemical weapons, Portella said.

“Erdoğan has practically undone the secularisation and religious freedom established in 1924 by Kemal Mustafa Atatürk when he abolished the 1,300-year caliph**e that essentially left the political lineage of the prophet of Islam unclaimed,” he said.
“By reigniting Islamic-Turkish nationalism, observance of the sharia has subtly resumed. In doing so, Erdoğan has incited a jihad against Christianity, simultaneously targeting Kurds, Yazidis, and Shi’i.”

British journalist Robert Fisk once stated, “The story of the Armenian genocide is one of almost unrelieved horror at the hands of Turkish soldiers and policemen who enthusiastically carried out their government’s orders to exterminate a race of Christian people in the Middle East.” The Extermination of one and a half million Armenian Christians during World War I was the completion of a jihad that began in 1071, when the Seljuk Turks defeated the Byzantines at the Battle of Manzikert. Having overrun the Armenian provinces of the Byzantine Empire, they imposed sharia-based norms upon the Christians since they collectively refused to convert to Islam.

Despite a few countries in the world recognizing the Armenian genocide, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan continues to deny this tragedy. Even U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham sided with Erdoğan this past Wednesday in blocking House Resolution 296, which would have recognized the Armenian genocide by Ottoman Turks hours after he and President Trump met with Erdoğan. Senator Graham objected, saying senators shouldn’t “sugarcoat history or try to rewrite it.”

Many today ask what would change if Turkey and other nations publicly admitted to this infamous part of history. It’s not that recognition would undo past evils—alas, we can never take back our sins. But we might better understand how President Erdoğan’s ambitions match (and even stem from) those of his Ottoman predecessors: the implementation of the hakimiyyat Allah, i.e., the kingdom of Allah on earth.

Opinion: He controls the 9th largest army in the world. He is host to the massive US Incirlik air base with at least 50 nuclear warheads. He supports Hamas, ISIS and h**es Christians. He is somehow still a member of NATO and is the man President Trump trusted to be in control of northeast Syria.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan will one day shed the disguise that has fooled three US presidents and send his army to the mountains of Israel with Russia, and Iran.

There is no way anyone could know his plan and the outcome without Bible prophecy. Today, instead of looking at the invasion, I want to focus on what happens after its defeat.
Imagine that the Arab m*****as of Psalm 83 have been decimated.

Psalm 83: 8-12 “Deal with them as with Midian, As with Sisera, As with Jabin at the Brook Kishon” the prophet implores God to do to them as He did when Midian’s mighty army was defeated by just 300 Israelites (Judges 7).

Possible scenario:

Now 7, possibly more, nations have had enough of Israel’s seemingly miraculous victories. Russia’s fragile oil and gas economy is threatened, and an evil plan is devised (Ez. 38:10-13) to take Israel’s vast natural gas reserves (plunder) before they take Russia’s biggest customer, Europe.

Turkey, Iran and north Africa, Muslim nations, are all to eager to join in, when God intervenes again.
“… I will bring you from the far north and send you against the mountains of Israel. 3 Then I will strike your bow from your left hand and make your arrows drop from your right hand. 4 On the mountains of Israel you will fall, you and all your troops and the nations with you. I will give you as food to all kinds of carrion birds and to the wild animals. Ezekiel 39:2-4

This time the Muslim world is decimated. The remnant, disillusioned, looks for someone to rally behind and will be useful to the coming dictator who, after the church of Jesus Christ is taken up (1 The, 4:16-17) allows a false church out of the ashes.

The “Declaration for Humanity” signed by Pope Francis and Sheikh Ahmed Al-Tayeb, grand Imam of Al-Azhar Mosque, makes the foundation of a new global religion. It is called Chrislam.

Communities across the nation are taking Christianity and Islam—two diametrically opposed theologies—and working to blend them together.

“Chrislam, as the name suggests, is a growing movement wherein some Christians are seeking to find common ground with Muslims,” explains theologian Bill Muehlenberg of the doctrine that began in Nigeria in the 1980s. “Indeed, it actually seeks to combine Christianity with Islam.”

Chrislam has gained significant momentum since the seed was planted nearly three decades ago. Earlier this year Christian communities in Dallas, Chicago, Washington, D.C, and other cities placed Qurans in church pews—right alongside Bibles—and preached about the Prophet Muhammad.

Chrislamists use similarities, such as the monotheistic elements of Christianity and Islam, to unite believers under a common banner. For example, Chrislam advocates point to the mention of Jesus 25 times in the Quran, as well as congruent teachings on morals and ethics. By identifying these supposed parallels, proponents believe they are drawing a spiritual sword to battle atheism and polytheism and solving a deadly conflict in the West.

Bible-believing Christians are rejecting the movement. Tim Forsthoff, senior pastor of Cornerstone Church in Highland, Michigan is one of many speaking out against it. “We are not brothers with those who reject Christ. We are not part of the family of God with those who deny the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ,” he stresses.

In June, Jack Van Impe, the popular end-time television host, walked away from TBN in the wake of a dispute over naming well-known ministers he claims are mixing Muslim and Christian beliefs. TBN decided to pull the broadcast, and Van Impe cried censorship and ended the 23-year relationship. “When I see heretical teaching leading to apostasy, I will speak out,” Van Impe said.

Paul L. Williams, an author, journalist and professor, blames the ideal of m**************m for the successful spread of Chrislam. He says most Christians think m**************m and diversity are the best things for the U.S. In some American pulpits today, speaking against diversity is a sin, he notes.

“People have been led to believe all cultures are equal, that all religions are equal. The No. 1 culprit here is embracing ... the different cultures,” Williams says. “[Muslims] are coming in and converting the Christians.”

Conclusion by Pastor Boyd

We should not ignore Psalm 83 because the Muslim nations will be defeated by Israel’s great Army while taking back the original promised land. This will lead a majority of Muslims to believe in Christ thus dwarting the spread of the devilish Islam.

Ah Ziggy... I always love your posts...

Not just the obvious errors...

But the delightfully lacking logic...

Quote:"The Extermination of one and a half million Armenian Christians during World War I was the completion of a jihad that began in 1071, when the Seljuk Turks defeated the Byzantines at the Battle of Manzikert. "

Well...That only took some 850 years... For the world's largest Islamic empire (the Ottoman Empire) to genocide a tiny nation of Christians (FYI: the Armenians are still around)...

But certainly...Let's all panic now

Happy Thanksgiving

You fail to connect the dots my good friend. Erdogan is planning a revival of the Ottoman Empire and Islam is a religion of the devil so it will go after Christian living in the middle east k*****g them just like they did in years past. Study your history; this is the way the Führer started, with racial purity. We are now in full World War III fought piecemeal, and even religion is deformed to be able to h**e better. Making hatred grow, creating violence and division represents a path to destruction and suicide.

In November 2014, Erdogan announced the formation of a new Islamic Union and called Saudi Arabia the enemy. Turkey doesn’t like Saudi Arabia much better than Iran does. Saudi Arabia, the US, and Israel all have a mutual enemy – Iran. Both Saudi Arabia and Israel were vehemently opposed to the Obama/Iran nuclear deal. Turkey and Saudi Arabia’s relationship began thawing a couple of years ago. Turkey supports the Muslim Brotherhood while Saudi Arabia does not.

Erdogan the Caliph

In early 2018, MBS (Mohammed Bin Salman) accused Turkey of supporting Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood. He also said the country was working towards building a new Ottoman Empire with Erdogan as the Caliph. Turkey currently holds the presidency of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), a coalition of 57 Muslim states. In previous articles, I’ve explained what the OIC is really about.

The Vatican has enormous influence internationally, but it lacks the military of days past. This will be offset by an alliance with Turkey, which has the largest military in the Middle East. The two beasts come together.

Saudis World Burns

Erdogan seized the opportunity to build relations with Qatar after Saudi Arabia cut ties. Ezekiel 38 tells us Iran and Turkey will build an alliance. They won’t just align against Israel and the US, but Saudi Arabia too. The Proxy wars happening between Saudi Arabia and Iran are going to end in direct conflict. The Bible tells us that Elam (Iran) will destroy Saudi Arabia. This is an event that has not taken place yet. When the invasion of Israel begins, Saudi Arabia (Ishmael) does not go against her cousin, Israel (Jacob). But Israel’s brother, Esau, will go against them.

The Bible says of Saudi Arabia, “Its streams shall be turned into pitch (tar, oil) and its dust into brimstone; its land shall become burning pitch. It shall not be quenched night or day; its smoke shall ascend forever” (Isaiah 34:9-10).

Pitch is oil. Saudi Arabia has plenty of it too.

I think Trump made a mistake in trusting him, time will tell.
