Hey, Doc ~ Have some empathy for the intellectually impaired. Has trouble spelling one-syllable words. BTW, A1c down a little with triglycerides and cholesterol, up one lb. a little disappointing. I have my VA nutritionist checking into Dr. Mercola. funny just how behind the times or traditional the Feds are. He's a little extreme, but interesting....especially when he wants your coffee beans to be grown in the shade. take care Doc and thanks again for your help (without sending me a bill).

I'm not so sure about that. I think you're giving him waaay too much undeserved credit. D.O.? not sure exactly what that is. Osteopathic?? Had been going to a naturopathic Doc in Lake Havasu. Pretty good, but a hunsky out of my own pocket every visit. I can actually walk to my VA clinic, but their treatments are a little archaic for my liking. When I have to tell the nutritionist to read up on Morcola, I get the feeling they're behind the times. Nurse Practitioner put me on lysiinopril (sp.) Got the worst cough EVER. Thought I was going to crack a rib. What do you think of the KETO diet. That's what I'm doing for the most part right now...of course, I splurge maybe once a week and have something like a big bowl of spaghetti. A lot of fish with a white sauce or tomatillo sauce ~ at least 3 times a week. BTW, Dr Sweet is te name of my doctor in Lake Havasu.

VA is OK, but the ole saying you get what you pay for is sometimes more spot on than you think. BP meds gave me the worst cough ever. Losarten is working pretty well, A1c 6.6, Triglyc= 270, Cholesterol =206, only problem I gained an LB. Lonewolf has a hard time reading the 3rd grade primer.
