No, it means that they should be denied because your boy Obama had no Constitutional authority to grant them amnesty in the first place. Even if he did, why shouldn't the 90% be denied? You have repeatedly stated that all gun owners should be punished for the actions of a small fraction of one percent.

Certainly concerning. It is unclear what corrective action might have been already implemented under the existing program guidelines and what still might be recommended.
