My thought is that it is likely DACA will stand for those already participating in the program. The logic being to end it for them is a breach of contract causing irreparable harm. That said the I***t Pumpkinfuhrer will be allowed to discontinue the program going forward. I see Roberts as the swing v**e.

My guess is that they will decide one way or another................or not decide at all.

IMHO: If the DACA candidate has not committed a serious crime and has gone through immigration to become a citizen, and assimilated into our borders, language, and culture, he/she should be allowed to stay.

If the DACA candidate has committed a serious crime or not gone through immigration and become a citizen, has not assimilated into our borders language, and culture, he/she should be deported.

Before they said start it over. Well it's kinda been there done that. I've learned not to try to predict them, I won't be disappointed. Hell I already am in Roberts. If they were going by what I think any DACA recipient who hasn't become a citizen by now gets everything cut off. Will they go home? I hope so, good riddance. It's been what 30 years? Some still don't speak English.

You're right and I sure hope the court agrees.

Roberts will v**e liberal on anything and everything. The dems have had a few opportunities to work out a deal, they wouldn't come to the table that's how they love the DACA freeloaders so much.

They must award the authority to the president to discontinue.
Now we see who the man of lawlessness is. OBAMA.
Obama used unconstitutional authority to set up DACA. IF it's upheld Trump can use this precedent to do conservative review.
Fact is the i***ts believed the Republicans were finished. Now that Trump holds the presidency they're screwed.
