You should have paid more attention in 9th. grade civics. Listen up real close now; in the United States a person doesn't have to prove his or her innocence. Reagan Stole $2.4 trillion from SS fund to pay for his trickle down economics and Reagan claimed that it created the greatest economy and that was a lie it was the (Volcker Plan that created the Reagan economy and that was started under Carter and Reagan took the credit.

It was called the Volcker Plan that was started under Carter and when Reagan defeated Carter he retained Volcker a Carter appointee and Reagan got the credit.
