President Trump said the the NATO members don't pay their share and haven't paid their share. The gentleman being talked about is the head of NATO and confirmed that.

Yes, and how is that an illustration of the root cause of the impeachment investigation??

The money didn't go out right away because President Trump was trying to pressure the other NATO members to pony up

I got cha! Basically the same thing Trump does with everyone. Do your part and we will do our part. Sounds like good foreign relations!
I might need coffee!

Sorry...but the root cause is an ignorant president, who in his own self serving interests decides that the combined wisdom and will of the house, senate, state department, pentagon, and intelligence services means nothing to his decision to block military aid that serves our national and european security interests in helping our ally, the Ukraine fight off their enemy, Russia.
Having made their position clear, after extensive hearings with intelligence and the state department, the president withheld crucial aid in a sneaky and underhanded manner that defines what an abuse of power is.

Good thing for Soy Boy Whistle Blower Eric Ciaramella and his Whistlemate Fiona Hill. Without them, like Upspeak Blahsey Ford, the kommiecrats couldn't continue their c**p.
The kommiecrats will make what they can out of any Trump phrase that he's ever uttered. They have nothing but the mission to remove Trump from office.
My anger is directed to the Republicans now. They do absolutely nothing about it. Save for Jim Jordan and Devin Nunes and Mark Meadows, everyone else just sits back and does nothing. Even Bush Boy Barr is all talk.
Just wait until after the e******n. Trump will have a mandate, and the c**p will not only be stopped, but prosecuted.

You almost sound like you know what you are talking about, but you don't.

Yeah, a few, but if the Republicans were as united as the kommiecrats, there would be no c**p now. It would have been over and prosecuted 3 years ago.
I love Trump, but I don't trust or like the Republicans.

I'm completely with you on that

But I will defend America and the Constitution by v****g straight Republican tickets.
I don't like or trust them, but they are much better alternatives than the kommiecrats.
Perhaps Trump is teaching them that they are not obligated to bow and acquiesce to every kommiecrat demand. They are shocked that Trump will stand up and fight back. That's not the Republican way. Complain a little, but by goodness give in. They're not used to winning.

If they get another shot at having the House and the Senate, which is entirely possible, maybe they won't blow it this time like they did 2016-2018
And you're right, they're NOT used to winning, they're far more used to whining

Woodie, the house has no part in International Affairs - their job is funding the Needs of Americans which they have seemed to forget. Military Aid is Defense Department and State Department Function carried out under the orders of the President. The t***h is Woodie, Trump listens to T***HTELLERS, not DEMOCRAT ratbastards.
The House of Representatives controls all spending. All spending bills originate in the house, including foreign aid and military spending. The president can propose a budget but the house can increase or decrease the requested amount. All appropriations are first made by the house. The Constitution says that "all bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives" and that "Congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes."
