Then, what is this pathetic charade all about? Are these REALLY Schitt's true feelings or is it running of his mouth about typical nonsense? https://thinkamericana.com/schiff-says-he-doesnt-recommend-impeachment-of-trump/ Is this just a typical move by the Left to undermine the enormous support Trump has of the American e*****rate? Is he backing off a little because Pelosi understands how it is destroying what's left of the Dem party?

Lies ... How many times over the last two and a half years during the Mueller investigation did shifty look straight into the camera and tell everyone that he had clear and convincing evidence that Trump colluded with the Russians? Over and over he claimed that ... and then, unfortunately for him, the Mueller probe ended .... uh-oh ... no evidence whatsoever.

And, if he really doesn't want to impeach Trump, then why did he read a "parody" of Trump's phone call to present it in the worst possible light for Trump. What was the purpose of that?

No, he wants Trump out and he wants to be the big dog that gets him out.

He's just a partisan, Trump-hating liar.

Spot on, carryon! I guess after being such a PROVEN "pathological liar" it starts to come so natural to some of these guys (on the Left especially). Why he's trying to promote this "narrative" of not 'being sold on impeachment' is maybe, just an excuse for more BS (ie subpoenas, interviews, continued hearings) to try and sway some in the Senate. This guy is dangerous to society and our sovereign nation. If he is so "up in the air", why doesn't he allow the American e*****rate decide 11 1/2 months from now???? That would make Waaaay too much sense. Maybe deep down, he believes what Rep. Al Green had to say, "There's no way we can beat him in November, so...…"

You are absolutely correct in that this man is a danger to society and our sovereign nation.

Lindsay Graham was on Fox this morning indicating that he was going to go forward with the Horowitz hearing as soon as the report is released … he thinks that information will arise from that report and hearing that will overlap with some of the testimony and events that are being investigated in this faux impeachment inquiry. One thing he mentioned (or suggested) was that possibly the whistleblower was somehow involved in the FISA warrant fiasco. But his point was that names that come up in the Horowitz report may include H****r B***n, the whistleblower, and other connections to Ukraine that will necessitate those same people being called to testify in any Senate impeachment trial. And they will be asked about a whole lot more than the phone call.

So perhaps shifty is getting concerned that the t***h of what they have done in setting up this sham investigation and getting it to this point will all be exposed in the Senate … and maybe his plan now is to simply d**g this on for as long as he can to do as much damage as he can to Trump before the e******n and then come up with some half-baked reason for not going through with impeachment in the end.

I read somewhere that the Constitution states that when the Senate is holding a trial for impeachment, those running for president in the accusing party (Democrats) are not allowed to campaign. So my opinion is that the House will d**g the hearings out to right before the e******n and then impeach Trump (send articles of impeachment to the Senate for trial) so their candidate (Biden/Warren/Sanders?) can keep on campaigning and they hope people won't v**e for Trump because he's been impeached, right at e******n time. Speculation on my part, but I wouldn't be surprised if something like this happened.

That's the general consensus I got. That Schitt's main goal was to tear down Trump as much as he could in order to accomplish one goal....and that is to sway public opinion to the point that the American public is indoctrinated into believing that Trump is not the right man for the job in the Oval office. Have you ever listened to the dyed-in-the-wool Trump supporters??? Very hard to sway! But that is Schitt's ultimate goal and maybe doesn't care about reaching the goal of 'impeachment' per se. I'm 100% with you on his plan to d**g this on as long as he can. I just hope that Trump doesn't get nailed for some superfluous BS technicality which doesn't matter more than a 'hill of beans' like this BS 'phone call'. I'm wondering what ever happened to Trey Gowdy becoming part of the 'legal team'. Maybe they didn't see eye-to-eye on some issue. Always liked his matter-of--fact approach to things when I saw him being interviewed. Maybe not in Trump's corner 100%/.

I think this would backfire big time on them if they even tried it. I think that people are already tired of this … and if it is allowed to go on and on and on for another year it would become very obvious that that was their plan all along. Either they have something or they don't. And the closer it gets to the e******n, the more call there is to let the people decide instead of continuing to waste all their time in these hearings … even now there are those calling for it.

I'm wondering if he isn't trying to smear Trump for as long as he can .. and then let the 31 vulnerable dems v**e against impeachment so as not to upset their constituents in districts that favor Trump. That would then be their excuse for not sending it to the Senate … and attempt to dirty up Trump while still trying to save their majority ….

That makes sense, too. There is that sticky part where Dems don't want to lose their jobs, so that is a very good point. Their constituents must be fed up by now with them not doing what they promised to do for their districts when they were elected instead of focusing most of their time on this sham of an "impeachment process".

What happened to Trey Gowdy is that they found out that he cannot join Trump's legal team until one year after he resigned Congress, which will be sometime in January. Hopefully he will join them then!

Thanks for that tidbit of info. Very interesting. I think from what I've seen of Gowdy, I find him to be very articulate, convincing, to the point and a perfect for something like this bogus farce of a trial. Trey Gowdy would be the type who could come up with something to blow this whole thing out of the water. Wasn't sure if he was in Trump's camp 100% of the time. (And after the revelation about Tillerson and Kelly, more important to know your team has YOUR back.) I feel he would be a big asset to the entire Trump legal staff. Thanks again for that enlightening news. Great job.

Oh it's possible. Its also very probable that this impeachment has a steep uphill climb and since it only gets 6 weeks (I don't know where McConel got that figure from, but it sounds fair) like Mueller's report, it will probably die.

fullspinzoo: Trey Gowdy IS THE MAN to end this whole charade! Hoping that he will be able to be a fighter
for real information. No, as I recall, he sometimes isn't always on the "side of Trump!" but that is what
makes him what he is and a very honest decent person. We need him to figure this whole "nutcase"
scenario that the "Real I***t Schiff" has come up with and how Schiff can he hide himself and not having
to be out in front is way beyond me. Surely he and Feinstein, Schumer and the other fighters AGAINST
OUR COUNTRY and only care about their posh careers where they do nothing but sit and enjoy what
we taxpayers pay them. Feinstein "cooked her goose" with the Dr. against Brett Kavanaugh. How she
ever became a doctor must have been a two year course where she may have failed it, a real case
of M.D. behind your name sometimes means NOTHING! These are real crooks who are undermining our
country that decades of people have tried to keep us safe and decent people. You bet Gowdy has this
all figured out by now and we will wait for the stupidity to wear itself out just like the Kavanaugh
hearing. I think Nikki Haley is on the up and up also....didn't at first but do now. Think the two she
named are only a couple and more sitting in the White House passing out information that need to
be "caught" and meet their own "waterloo!" Trump is the guy who can do it. He doesn't fool around
when he knows what is going on....you can take that to the bank!
