Bad guys will get guns illegally and if it weren’t for the legally armed citizens who knows what might have happened. Not everyone is a “lay down Larry”. The world is not all rainbows, unicorns and lollipops.
The only downside is three got away, I would say a trip to the range is in order, they could say it was a company function.

Read more carefully; the robbers DID shoot first but it didn't help as fire was returned by MULTIPLE employees, k*****g the robber. Message? Arm more law abiding citizens and enforce existing gun laws without exceptions so criminals will be afraid to carry guns and even more afraid to rob citizens who are most likely armed.
