I think not, some enforcement officers have crossed the line asking for more pay as a cover, hedging their bets from the outset is never a good sign.

The White house was asked to block Maduro from running by 12 Bolivian Lawmakers 5 months prior to the October e******n but Trump declined to get involved.

"The Trump Administration Is Undercutting Democracy in Bolivia" https://thenation.com

Reported one day ago, - Will the US and the Organisation of American States once again be able to overturn e******n results?.

Summary.

No evidence to discredit Bolivia's national e******n.
C**p being pushed by Washington.
Evo Morales first indigenous President in a country with the largest population of indigenous people in Latin America.
Opposition Carlos Mesa vastly preferred by the Trump Administration.
Bolivia has had no US ambassador since 2009, so this must be somewhat of a bipartisan agreement between Dems and GOP.

Official tally 47•1 to Morales and 36•5 for Mesa.
40% of v**e with 10% margin means no run off necessary, first round win to Morales.
Marci Rubio stated falsely about the Bolivian e******n that Morales had failed to secure the necessary margin to avoid a second round and accused Morales of tampering.
Later v**es were from rural areas where Morales is popular and so contorted the counts projection.
Organisation of American States pointed to the quick count being stopped momentarily as violent attacks were being carried out by the opposition as a suspicion but the quick count is just an indication of polling for circumspect reasons and means nothing.

In 2017 the Bolivian Highest Court ruled against term limits.

The OAS errored badly in the 2000 Haitian e******n causing the 2004 regime change operation by G.W. Bush, when OAS c*********d their impartial status, also quote, "The OAS intervened in the 2010 Haitian e******n, doing something that perhaps no e******n monitors have ever done; They reversed the results of the first round without a recount or even a statistical analysis."

The OAS is not unanimously criticising the Morales win and furthermore pushing out Morales will not be easy after 13 years of the most successful economic policies in the Hemisphere.

Income in Bolivia has grown at twice the rate in Latin America.
Poverty has been reduced by 42%.

Many in Congress oppose this regime change operation led by Rubio, hopefully Trump will ignore Rubio.
