Star witness to far-left Rep. Adam Schiff's ongoing impeachment inquiry, U.S. diplomat William Taylor, admitted behind a closed-door testimony that his only source for his claims that he had made were from the New York Times.

During his testimony, Taylor “identified Rudolph W. Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, as the instigator behind the drive to get Ukraine’s president to announce investigations into Mr. Trump’s political rivals, telling impeachment investigators last month that Mr. Giuliani was acting on behalf of the president,” according to the New York Times.

The testimony “portrayed a president determined to enlist Ukraine in publicly undermining his political rivals, including former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr.”

According to Taylor himself, his idea that Giuliani wanted dirt from the Ukrainians came from the New York Times.

The Western Journal reports:

That part, for reasons unbeknownst to me, didn’t make it into The Times’ story.
The revelation came during a line of questioning from New York Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin, according to an excerpt of Taylor’s testimony Zeldin published in a Twitter post Wednesday.
Zeldin focused on interest in Burisma Holdings, the Ukraine energy company that paid Biden’s son, H****r, $50,000 a month to serve on its board.
“Would you like to tell us what your position is on it?” Zeldin asked Taylor. “What was the goal of requesting investigations into 2016 e******n and Burisma?”

“As I understand it from one of the — maybe the article in The New York Times about Mr. Giuliani’s interest in Burisma, in that article, he describes, and I think he quotes Giuliani at some length, that article indicates that Giuliani was interested in getting some information on Vice President Biden that would be useful to Mr. Giuliani’s client,” Taylor replied.

“I think that’s what he says. He says he’s got one client, and he’s useful to the client.”

Star witness? Taylor said in depo he believed reason POTUS wanted Ukraine to investigate Ukrainians' interference w/ the 2016 e******n & Burisma was just to get dirt on Biden. He later admitted to me his sole source of info was...wait for it...The NY Times.
Well, I guess Trump is gonna get impeached lol.

The democraps legally flipped Virginia? Is gerrymandering legal to you?
Democrats have been crowing about turning Virginia completely blue earlier this week as the Garbage Party picked up majorities in the House and Senate.

They already owned the governorship with Ralph “Blackface” Northam, a bona fide r****t which Democrats are perfectly fine with because he has a “D” behind his name.

Democrats claim their victories in previously purpose Virginia are a direct reflection of how ‘unpopular’ President Donald Trump really is.

See? See? Democrats are on the rebound now because everyone h**es Trump.

Except, no.

As The Wall Street Journal’s Kimberly Strassel notes, there is a much simpler — and sinister — explanation for what happened in Virginia.

And his name is Eric Holder.

You remember him. He was Obama’s first activist attorney general before he left office to continue practicing his left-wing legal activism.

Holder has spent the last few years forming a group dedicated to rewriting e*******l maps around the country so that they favor Democrats, of course. In other words, he’s using the Left’s well-worn Alinskyite tactic of blaming political opponents (Republicans) for doing what he is doing: Gerrymandering districts.

Strassel writes:

Democrats on Tuesday won total control of Virginia’s government, adding both chambers of the General Assembly to the governor’s mansion. They will redraw Virginia’s legislative district lines after next year’s census. The Old D******n was already moving left, though the redistricting power likely cements Democratic dominance over Virginia for the next 10 years.

This was Mr. Holder’s plan. While most prominent Democrats spent the months following Donald Trump’s e******n plotting future runs, Mr. Holder was launching the National Democratic Redistricting Committee, committed to domination of e*******l mapmaking through the courts and legislatures. The NDRC spent its first years aggressively litigating legislative maps it didn’t like, to great success. Virginia’s e******n was the first test of the e*******l piece of Mr. Holder’s strategy, and it will now serve as the model by which Democrats attempt to gain redistricting power in 11 other key states next year.

“Key states.” Which means, not states where Democrats already dominate (think the entire West Coast and most of the East Coast).

Sinister? You bet. Politically brilliant, though. And once again, Democrats catch Republicans with their thumbs in a place we can’t speak of here:

The NDRC is instead the Democratic version of the GOP’s success of a decade ago, the Redmap Project. Democrats, flush from Barack Obama’s 2008 victory, tuned out the state legislatures. Republicans used their inattention, along with a sweeping cash advantage and a backlash against the Obama presidency, to flip 21 state chambers in 2010, allowing them to dominate map-drawing after that year’s census. That power helped consolidate Republican control of state chambers and the U.S. House. Republicans might be flattered by Mr. Holder’s imitation—if they weren’t so busy getting crushed.

The Holder “sue to blue” litigation strategy has already yielded major gains for Democrats, as state judges struck down maps drawn by Republicans and required changes that ultimately aided the Democrats. Example: Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court—which is chosen through partisan e******ns and has a Democratic majority—in 2018 overruled the U.S. House maps drawn by the Republican legislature and produced its own version. The new maps helped Democrats flip three net seats. In Virginia, federal judges redrew the state legislative map to aid candidates running this week.

Now you know why it is vital for Trump to win another four years and for the Senate to remain in GOP hands, at a minimum: Presidents pick federal judges (and Supreme Court justices).

More and more our country is governed by the judiciary these days, the branch the founders believed would be the weakest.

Hardly.

Democrats know they can’t win majorities with straight-up f**r e******ns. So they do things like this to tip the scales in their favor.

This really sucks!

WSJ: Obama’s DOJ Tried Vigorously To STOP The FBI’s Clinton Foundation Investigation
POSTED BY: DEAN JAMES NOVEMBER 8, 2019

By HJIC at Illicit Info OPINION Blog

Opinion| Mark Sidney| Now, can you imagine my shock upon reading a report that suggests that the Obama DOJ ‘Tried Repeatedly To K**l FBI’s Clinton Foundation Investigation”?

I mean, who in their right mind would think that the DOJ and FBI, under Obama’s leadership, would become weaponized against their opponents, and then use those same institutions to shield their ‘partners in crime,’ so to speak?

Answer: anyone and everyone who is paying attention to what has been going on during the Obama years!

Chuck Ross, writing for The Daily Caller, put together a super report about the allegations. Let’s take a look at some of the most interesting parts:

“Senior-level Justice Department officials pushed back heavily on an ongoing FBI investigation of the Clinton Foundation, according to a bombshell report from The Wall Street Journal.

The newspaper laid out numerous examples, based on law enforcement sources, of senior DOJ officials intervening to quash the probe.

Prosecutors with the U.S. attorney’s office in the Eastern District of New York — which Loretta Lynch led before taking over as attorney general last year — refused to allow FBI investigators probing the Clinton family charity to review emails found on devices turned over this year by two of Clinton’s lawyers during the separate investigation into the mishandling of classified information on Clinton’s private email system.

The rationale, according to The Journal, was that the devices were covered by partial immunity and limited-use agreements that the Clinton lawyers — Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson — agreed to with the DOJ. Information recovered from the laptops could only be used in the email investigation and not in others.

As part of the immunity agreement, the FBI and Justice Department agreed to destroy Mills’ and Samuelson’s devices, a revelation that sparked outrage from congressional Republicans when it was announced earlier this month.”

Now, can you imagine that? Who would have ever thought that the woman who had a secret meeting on the tarmac with the Husband of the woman she was supposed to be investigating, would do something like that?

I’m sure Bill and Loretta met to ‘talk about their grandchildren.’ These people think we are stupid and the mainstream media must too, because they are the ones who swallow and regurgitate the story to the few people who still trust them.

The DC goes one to report: “The DOJ refused to grant the FBI the power to issue subpoenas or conduct formal interviews. It also refused to convene a grand jury to weigh evidence in the case.

More pushback occurred in August, when a senior DOJ official contacted the FBI’s deputy director, Andrew McCabe, to voice his displeasure that New York field office agents were continuing the investigation even though the DOJ had declined to provide investigative support.

The official was “very pissed off” that the FBI was continuing its efforts, according to The Journal.

The call occurred on Aug. 12, a day after CNN reported details of FBI-DOJ discord over whether to investigate the Clinton Foundation. It was also a day after Pollock reported that an investigation was underway.

McCabe figures prominently in The Journal’s reporting and in the overlapping Clintonworld investigations.

It was revealed last week that McCabe’s wife, Jill, received nearly $470,000 in contributions to a Virginia state senate campaign last year from Gov. Terry McAuliffe’s super PAC.

McAuliffe is a close Clinton ally and is the subject of a separate FBI investigation.

According to The Journal, McCabe refocused the Clinton Foundation investigation a week after FBI director James Comey announced in early July that he would recommend to the Justice Department that charges not be filed against Clinton for mishandling classified information in her emails.

The charity probe would be led by the FBI’s New York office with help from the Little Rock office, according to The Journal. FBI field offices in Los Angeles and Washington were also involved in the Clinton Foundation investigation.

The Los Angeles office subpoena bank records related to the Clinton Foundation after obtaining information during a separate public corruption case. The office in Washington was investigating McAuliffe’s financial relationships from before he joined the Clinton Foundation as a board member.”

Well, well, well, it’s as if everything the TV and print media have been telling us this entire time has been a complete and total lie.

And the Democrats and their surrogates in the media refuse to even so much as acknowledge even a whiff of wrongdoing by the Obama administration.
